March is marching on

Well, this month has come and continues to come with a vengence. There has already been so much that has happened. I guess the worst news was that I had a miscarriage. I lost the baby on February 28th. JC and I have been trying to work through it but all I think I need is time. JC is still in Oregon. It is looking like July might be when he comes back but from day to day it changes so I don't know. He did get to come to Salt Lake for 4 days and it was really nice to see him.

We are now entering the happy events so far of the month. We had Damien's 3rd birthday. He loved it. It was his first real birthday to be celebrated. We had cake and presents and JC and I took him to Toys R Us to pick out a toy. His birthday celebrations really went on for 3 days until I finally put an end to it. (Yes, I was the party pooper!) We also had him sealed to us. It was a beautiful day and I am so happy to have this completed. I feel more like a family now with this done. It was something I will treasure and remember always. Hopefully the rest of this month continues like the later rather than the beginning.
